Township Hall Evaluation and Repairs Sidock Group performed an on site evaluation of apparent structural deficiencies which were causing the roof and floor structures to sag and causing damage to the building's architectural elements. Sidock generated updated floor plans of existing structure, performed engineering load evaluation of the floors and roof, generated recommendations to rectify the structural deficiencies and provided details for the listed recommendations. Sidock also provided a cost estimate for the repairs and acted as the Construction Manager for the repair work. |
