Current Status:

• Blue weather proofing is going up and should be complete the week of May 25th.  This includes extra blocking for stone attachment.

• About half the brick is up and washed.  The rest will be up in about 2 weeks. 

• Most of the second floor ductwork is installed.  We are waiting for ceiling tiles and the building becoming secure before finishing. 

• Plumbing has been roughed in. 

• Electrical is well along.  Permanent power to the site is scheduled for May 29th.

• 95% of the metal studs are installed. 

• The skylight has arrived and will be installed the week of May 25th.  All parts are on the roof. 

• Window installation starts the week of June 1st. 

• A landscape contractor has been chosen.

• We are looking to finish the building in July 2008.
