Visiting Nurse Services This existing 2 story building, with basement, was renovated and converted from a mercantile use to use as a hospice and central offices. Space includes a 9 bed hospice suite, clinical offices and exam rooms, administrative offices, and a leasable office suite on the second floor. Also included in the project were a garden court, new walks and parking, and complete systems upgrade. |

Walkerville Rural Community Schools Sidock designed a 10,000 sq. ft. gymnasium, locker rooms with showers, coaches offices, barrier free restrooms, a 2,456 sq. ft. cafeteria, band room, three classrooms, storage space and mechanical space. Extensive landscaping and planning was required to minimize exposure of the service areas to the town's main street. |

Industrial Realty Trust Sidock Group performed field investigations and conceptual design for this existing industrial building in Troy, Michigan. First Industrial is the property owner and, due to market conditions, began investigating the feasibility of converting the building to a retail type use. Sidock Group produced presentation materials for internal First Industrial presentations as well as the Broker and marketing materials. |

Muskegon
County Airport Sidock conducted extensive cost/benefit studies of new versus renovation and determined that demolition of the existing terminal and construction of a new terminal was most cost effective based on a 30 year projection. The project also included extensive site and parking lot expansion as well as an extension of the existing tarmac. |

Beck
Development LLC Sidock Group performed complete field survey and measurement services for Beck Development and produced "as-built" drawings as the first step for Beck to lease the building to a new tenant and complete demolition and renovation activities. Virtually no drawings of the 50 year old chemical facility existed. Sidock documented the building footprint; interior structure; all walls; major utility services, floor items such as pits, guardposts, and the like; mezzanines, etc. |
