The building sits on an approximate 1.4 acre site that was completely redevloped for the new building, including underground stormwater management, and 96 new parking spaces. The building was designed with approximately 10,000 sq.ft. for the main tenant and a 1,300 sq.ft. leasable suite on the first floor, a 1,200 sq.ft. billing office and another 1,300 sq.ft. leasable space on the second floor.
