The field services building of 97,000 sq.ft. provides indoor fleet parking, wash bay, sign shops, work areas, and 30,000 sq.ft. of administrative offices, locker rooms, and support facilities. The cold storage building provides 7,000 sq.ft. of seasonal storage.
