New Multi-use building for Michigan’s second largest school district, encompassing the entire transportation, maintenance, and building & grounds department along with security, indoor vehicle storage & repair, and inventory storage. The fleet maintenance are of 28,000 sq.ft. includes 7 heavy hoists, 7 open bays, and 2 quick service/automatic wash bays with related parts storage, welding shop, and machine shop. The facility also includes administrative offices, locker rooms, and training/lunch room for 400 staff, as well as skilled trades work areas, storage, and receiving. The site includes salt storage and a 5 island fuel dispensing station.
